All items can be returned within eight days of ordering, provided they have not been used. They must be delivered in their original packaging with the purchase receipt, and must be in saleable condition, i.e., in the same condition in which they arrived at the user's hands, without any anomaly or damage.

 

RETURNS:

The process of cancellation or return of a product is treated case by case, by Pabi Group a being the instructions for the return of the amount you paid and/or return of the goods, answered and defined by Pabi Group by the same means of communication.

Please note that the costs associated with the return, namely shipping costs, are of the total responsibility of the client.

However, whenever possible, the devolution is done through the same way of payment. Pabi Group is committed to return the amount to you within a maximum of eight days.

 

If for any reason the delivered product is found to be defective or not in conformity with what was ordered, the client should contact us through the email qualidade@euroamendoa.eu. Afterwards the product can be returned, provided that our policy of exchange and returns of articles is respected.
